Our role includes sourcing and aggregation through third-party suppliers. The authority to sell, the material offered and the obligations of each party are established for the transaction.

We are seeking investors and operating partners for mining projects. The work begins with the project’s present stage, the rights involved and the technical and commercial questions that need to be resolved.
We coordinate the proposed review with the relevant participants. Geological, engineering, environmental, legal and financial assessments remain the responsibility of appropriately qualified professionals.

For a supply enquiry, we ask for a specification, quantity, delivery point and timetable. For a project discussion, we ask for a non-confidential summary of the opportunity and the proposed role.
From there, we establish whether we can assist and what information is needed. Independent checks, contractual terms and specialist responsibilities are agreed before the relevant commitment.
